Ice Packs and Insulation
When the temperature is above 75 degrees during the package transit time, ice packs and insulation will help to ensure your chocolate will arrive in perfect condition. Add one ice pack/insulation combo for every 5-7 lbs of chocolate. Ice packs will last for 2 days. Please check the shipping transit map to determine which shipping is best. If ground UPS is longer than 2 days in transit, please upgrade shipping to 2nd Day or DHL Overnight. In many cases DHL Overnight is less expensive than UPS 2nd Day.
