When the temperature is above 75 degrees during the package transit time, ice packs and insulation will help to ensure your chocolate will arrive in perfect condition. Add one ice pack/insulation combo for every 5-7 lbs of chocolate. We watch the weather very carefully. If we feel we need to expedite your shipping, we will let you know first.
